COLLECTING GOODS

Collection and non-compliance with the collection period

If you have purchased a lot, we ask you to collect it or have it collected or shipped by a carrier as soon as possible. Do not forget to bring identification such as a passport or driver's license.

If a buyer or seller fails to collect a lot, and this lot has not been collected after at least three requests to do so (made by telephone or in writing within a period of at least two months), Veilinghuis Omnia is entitled to sell the lot in question or offer it for auction again at any reasonable bid.

If the costs of previous auction(s) (minimum €150 per auction), together with any additional costs, exceed the proceeds from the re-auctioned or re-sold lot, these costs will be borne entirely by the buyer or seller. If the proceeds exceed the costs incurred, this difference will not be paid to the buyer or seller and any costs paid previously will not be refunded.

If a lot has not been collected/retrieved by the buyer or seller six months after the original auction date, Veilinghuis Omnia is always entitled to sell or re-auction the lot, regardless of whether the buyer or seller has requested this.
