Shipment

Shipping of goods is at buyer's risk

Goods are carefully packed by the auction house staff when shipped.
However, shipping of goods is at all times at the buyer's risk.
It remains advisable to collect larger and fragile items yourself.
Glassware, ceramics and paintings/prints (painted on canvas and behind glass) are not suitable for shipment.

Purchased goods may be shipped at the recipient's risk.

  • Packages are shipped in consultation with the buyer.
  • The goods can be shipped only when the payment is credited to our bank account.

Shipping companies do not accept responsibility for breakage and damage.
The insurance of the value of the package mentioned below applies only in case the package is lost during shipment.

Europe and outside Europe:

Upon receipt of your purchase invoice, please send a request for shipment by replying to the email. In it you request shipping and state the correct shipping address.

After receiving this mail we will pack the goods and you will receive an invoice for shipping. After payment of the shipping invoice we will ship the package with track & trace service.

Please note the shipping conditions. (see above)

Small items weighing up to 1 kg. (jewelry, small silver items)

Small goods, such as jewelry, we can send registered mail for you via regular mail (PostNL).

Large or heavy objects (we do not offer transportation service)!

You must collect large and/or heavy objects yourself within the time limit set by the auction house (please see the auction sales conditions). We do not provide services for the transportation of large or fragile objects. You must take care of this yourself. Under 'collecting goods' you will find a number of transport companies that regularly transport goods.

Payment of purchased goods

Of course, the goods must be paid for before they can be shipped - you can deposit the amount to our bank account: More information on this page.
